Merry Christmas, from our families - to yours!
Its stating the obvious to say that this year - 2020 - has been a whirlwind, a topsy turvy ride; we've had months that lasted for years - and others gone in the blink of an eye.
Wherever you are, whatever you've done this year - or indeed not done - one thing is certain, we all are looking forward to a good rest, some downtime and recharge over the festive season - my wish for you is just this.
I'd like to thank all of you - each and every one of you - for your ongoing support throughout this year. You've shown patience and resilience & met the challenges with aplomb! We've had so many more of you take us up on anniversary reviews than ever before, stuck by us with midnight (and later) finishes trying to achieve these rejigs and shown optimism buying property when the news is so very conflicted about where the market is going.
To all our essential services, front line workers and everyone who has kept the country moving, fed, healthy and safe, an extra helping of thanks.
To my staff who have dealt with some of the craziest times in banking, thank you & take a break!
